MIAMI, FLORIDA, 2009 – The Institute for Child & Family Health elected Whilly Bermudez as Vice President of PR & Communications and Board Member in 2009, recognizing his ability to support visibility, public communication, and community engagement. The Institute for Child & Family Health, formerly known as the Children’s Psychiatric Center, has long provided health, behavioral health, educational, and prevention services to the local community. As one of Florida’s older and larger community health centers focused exclusively on the well-being of children and families, the organization plays an important role in helping vulnerable populations access support that enhances emotional, physical, and educational outcomes.
